Brookite is a rare and powerful mineral that belongs to the titanium dioxide family, alongside Rutile and Anatase. It forms in small, prismatic, and sometimes plate-like crystals, often found alongside Quartz.

Physical Properties of Brookite:

• Color: Typically brown, black, reddish-brown, dark gray, or sometimes yellowish.
• Hardness: 5.5 – 6 on the Mohs scale 
• Origin: Found in France, Switzerland, Russia, the United States (Arkansas), Pakistan, and the U.K.
